Robin I. Bresky is the managing partner of the Florida office of Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP. She focuses her practice on appellate law and litigation support for civil, commercial, personal injury, family law, and criminal matters. She is admitted to practice in Florida and into the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Court, the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Prior to joining SSRGA, Bresky owned a boutique firm in Boca Raton, Florida, that focused on appeals, trusts and estates, and corporate transactions. She started her legal career as an assistant state attorney in the Broward State Attorney’s Office.
